1. Acceptance of Terms
By using any TXZHOST ONLINE services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
TXZHOST ONLINE agrees to provide Web Hosting, Domain Registration, and related services as described in the service package purchased by the customer. Service includes technical support, subject to the limits defined in our support policy.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) - CRITICAL
This is the most important section for a hosting company, as it limits your liability for your users' actions.
Prohibited Uses: Users shall not use TXZHOST ONLINE services to host, store, send, or process any content that:
Is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful (e.g., child pornography, terrorist material, phishing, malware).
Infringes upon any third party's Intellectual Property Rights (copyright, trademark, etc.).
Involves mass unsolicited commercial email (SPAM).
Causes technical damage or excessive load on the server (e.g., Bitcoin miners, DDoS attacks).
TXZHOST ONLINE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this AUP without notice.
4. Billing, Payment, and Refunds
Payment Terms: All services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.). Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in account suspension and eventual termination.

5. Data and Backups (Liability Limitation)
The client is solely responsible for maintaining backups of their website data, databases, and emails.
While TXZHOST ONLINE provides complimentary backup services [State your backup frequency, e.g., "daily/weekly"], these are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. TXZHOST ONLINE shall not be held liable for any loss of customer data, irrespective of the cause.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Service Disclaimer: TXZHOST ONLINE provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Liability: TXZHOST ONLINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the services.
7. Indemnification
This clause protects you from legal action caused by your clients.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TXZHOST ONLINE from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Client's use of the services, including, but not limited to, any claim of copyright infringement or Prohibited Content hosted on the Client's account.
8. Term and Termination
TXZHOST ONLINE reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice, if the client breaches any term of this Agreement, including non-payment or AUP violations.
